Our Services: School Condition Allocation (SCA)

Local authorities, larger Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) and larger VA school bodies receive direct SCA to invest across their estate. These schools must have at least 3,000 pupils across 5 or more open schools to be eligible.

Strategic estate planning

Our specialist education team will help you manage this allocation through the development of a strategic plan of maintenance and repair needs. We will provide a consistent view of your estate’s condition and prioritise expenditure based on importance, future demands and budget.

We will set you up with:

• A comprehensive assessment of the condition of your buildings
• A Planned Preventative Maintenance strategy showing prioritised expenditure for each school site as well as an overview of the entire Trust
• A list of proposed projects with costs – prioritising safe, dry and warm maintenance and repair works
• A dedicated Synergy team to deliver your projects.

This up to date, informed strategic estate plan will help you increase the longevity of existing buildings, minimise disruption and risk, and maximise the potential of your learning environments.
