Dominic Spratt
Assistant Building Surveyor
Dom has been a key part of Synergy’s Building Surveying team since 2016 after graduating from the University of Westminster.
As a surveyor with significant education sector experience, Dominic believes he can play a key part in shaping school spaces to help create safer and more inspiring places to teach and learn.
Dominic has been involved with numerous education projects, from school boiler replacement projects through to planned preventative surveys.
He has also worked with academy schools on a number of successful Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) bid applications, including supporting the team with conducting numerous Statlog surveys to help schools secure grants.
