Matthew became a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2007 and has nearly 20 years experience of advising clients in the education, commercial, residential and retail sectors.

With 15 years of this experience focused particularly in the education sector, Matthew has developed a thorough understanding of how school buildings work and recognises the priorities of education clients. He is highly skilled in numerous aspects of building surveying, including contract administration, building pathology, undertaking inspections and managing project work from inception through to completion. His background also includes professional duties such as party wall and dilapidation roles. A natural team leader, Matthew maintains clear communication on even the most complex building projects and upholds a positive attitude that motivates and inspires his colleagues.
