Paul joined the practice in 2002 (which was then CM Parker Browne) and was made a Full Partner of Synergy in 2008.

Paul now leads the project management department at Synergy and through extensive knowledge built over many years, he has led and managed construction projects across a diverse range of sectors including education, heritage, ecclesiastical, residential, commercial.

Paul also has a specific specialism in the heritage sector including listed buildings, scheduled monuments, historic royal palaces, security sensitive and consular buildings.
