Tina Holland
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Tina joined Bare, Leaning & Bare in 1996, having achieved a degree with Honours in Construction Management.
In July 2013, she successfully completed a Post Graduate Diploma via distance learning in Conservation of the Historic Environment.
Since joining the practice, Tina has gained vast experience in all aspects of Quantity Surveying on historic buildings. From project inception and early budgets through the securing of grant aid and tendering contracts, to running projects on site including producing monthly valuations and financial reports.
Tina is an accomplished negotiator and her ability to anticipate issues before they arise allows affective management from the start of a project right through to agreeing final accounts.
