Tommy Thompson
Partner
Tommy is a Project Manager with over 15 years’ experience within the construction industry.
He joined Synergy as an Associate and was swiftly promoted to a Partner of the practice in 2024.
He has a proven track record of delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects across a variety of sectors including residential, education, commercial and retail.
He has worked with both public and private clients with some notable examples including the NHS, Dyson, Ministry of Justice, Education Funding Agency, University of Bristol and the University of Bath.
Tommy is an ‘ideas guy’ and is known at Synergy for his proactive and creative attitude. Friendly and down-to-earth in character, he’s created strong connections with numerous clients and collaborators in the Southwest.
