Synergy to Exhibit at Two London Conferences This Week

Synergy are delighted to be exhibiting at two conferences in London this week.

On 11th February we will be attending the Independent Schools’ Bursars Association (ISBA) Estates Management conference at BMA House, followed by the Institute of School Business Leadership (ISBL) London Regional conference at the QEII Centre on 13th February.

ISBA’s programme promises an array of interesting keynote talks. Joel Callow will discuss the climate emergency and what this means for building sustainably. Other keynote speakers include Laura O’Hagan on ‘creating environments for wellbeing’ and Kevin Roberts, ‘lockdown – counter terrorism police’.

Our very own Simon Worthy will be talking alongside Malcolm Hudson about important 2020 insurance market changes and its effects within the construction industry.

On Thursday, ‘Empowered Leaders – Empower Leadership’ will be the overarching theme of the ISBL regional conference. By attending, school business professionals are investing in the development of themselves and their pupils, as well as preparing for the changing demands of education.

Keynote speaker Alison Perry will highlight insights into ‘The role of the SRMA’, followed by Denise Inwood as she leads the talk ‘The importance of professional dialogue during times of change and uncertainty’. Interspersed workshops will cover topics such as recruitment and retention in schools, the impact of Brexit on staffing, resources and pupils, and how to handle difficult conversations.

If you are attending either (or both), pop on over to our stand for a chat!
