Awards for Synergy
The Synergy team are committed to excellence and to providing the highest quality of service to their clients. We are therefore extremely proud to have been recognised for the quality of our service by the receipt of a number of project appointments and awards.
Following a rigorous 4-month tender process, Synergy are delighted to have been have been re-appointed for the Cost Consultancy role on the Bath Abbey Footprint Project. As well as this we are extremely pleased to have been appointed for the newly created Project Management role for this development. This £19.3 million Footprint project aims to carry out essential repairs to the Abbey’s collapsing floor, install a new eco-friendly heating system using Bath’s unique hot springs as a source of energy and enlarge capacity by creating 200sq metres of new facilities to fulfil the Abbey as a place of congregation, equal access and hospitality.
In addition Synergy Bare Leaning & Bare’s project Apethorpe Hall has been shortlisted for the 2015 East of England RICS Awards. Synergy Bare Leaning & Bare’s work on this project goes back many years. English Heritage took over the site in 2004 and undertook a multi-million pound programme of rescue works, with the aim of selling the Hall for use as a private country house when the conservation project ends. Synergy Bare Leaning & Bare provided Cost Consultancy advice for the emergency repairs to stabilise the condition of this nationally important building. The award ceremony will be on 6 May 2015 at The Apex, Bury St Edmunds.
Finally, after many months of hard work and refinement of our management systems we are pleased to announce that Synergy has been recommended for BSI ISO9001 certification. This means that Synergy has joined an elite group of businesses that have been assessed by an accredited certification body and have demonstrated that they comply or exceed the requirements of this BSI standard for Quality Management. Our goal is to get it right first time, on time, every time and we firmly believe that quality and service, upon which the foundations of our business are based, are uppermost. We are therefore extremely pleased to have achieved this accreditation which reinforces our commitment to this aim.
