Mixed use development in Dulwich reaches mid-point of construction
Synergy are providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to the Dulwich Estate on an exciting mixed use re-development of the former dairy site at 13-19 Croxted Road, Dulwich, to provide a state-of-the-art doctors’ surgery, pharmacy, retail spaces and residential flats.
The lower floors are constructed in a reinforced concrete frame, and the upper floors in a timber frame. External walls will be predominantly a mix of facing brickwork with pre-cast stone features with copper standing seam to the mansards. Works are currently underway with the project due for completion Summer 2017.
