Synergy launches new Menopause Policy
Synergy are committed to support staff wellbeing and have recently introduced a new menopause policy.
The introduction of this policy recognises that individuals may need additional consideration, support, and adjustments within the workplace environment. In addition, Synergy is providing all staff with access to Menopause Awareness training to help increase knowledge on the subject.
Commenting on the policy, Partner Paul Hammond said, “At Synergy, we want to support employee wellbeing at every stage in life. The taboo surrounding menopause can prevent individuals from accessing the support they need. We were therefore pleased to introduce our new policy, which will help raise awareness and encourage open conversations ultimately supporting an inclusive culture”.
