Paul joined Cook and Butler in 1991, gaining his professional qualification in the same year. He was made an Associate in 2000 and a Full Partner in 2002.
Cook and Butler became a founder member of Synergy Construction and Property Consultants LLP in April 2007.
As a Chartered Surveyor with over 35 years' experience he has worked across a wide variety of sectors, building types and procurement routes, with a particular specialism in education and ecclesiastical buildings.
His clients include local authorities, developers, independent schools, charities, churches and Dioceses amongst many others.
