Simon Worthy
Senior Partner
Simon is one of the founding designated members when it was incorporated as an LLP. With 35 years’ Quantity Surveying experience, he is a major driving force behind where the business is today.
As Senior Partner he is responsible for all commercial aspects of the corporate LLP.
He recently published a paper ‘A decade of change for the construction industry’, which draws attention to changes within the Professional Indemnity Insurance market and the impact this is having on clients, consultants and contractors.
Simon’s extensive experience spans across a wide range of sectors on projects from £500k to £450m. He was responsible for £300m of infrastructure works in the build up to London 2012 and is currently the commercial lead on a significant £400m housing regeneration scheme.
He has been commissioned as an Expert on many high-profile legal cases, in matters involving disputes over Quantum, resulting in him representing clients at the Land Tribunal, Construction Litigation Hearings and Mediations.
